Problems in connection with external links (Disclaimer) 

Under applicable legislation according to Section 5 sub-section 1 of the  State Media Services Agreement the WFG is only responsible for its “own information and content” that it provides for use on the website .  Links to other providers’ websites are to be kept distinct from its own information and content.  Cross-references marked as links enable the WFG to offer access to “third-party content“ according to Section 5 sub-section 1.
The WFG is only then responsible for this “third party content” if it had positive knowledge of it (i.e. of an unlawful or criminal content) and it would have been technically and reasonably possible to prevent its use.  This is not always immediately possible: “links” are always dynamic cross references. When first establishing the links with these internet pages, the WFG checked whether any responsibility under civil or criminal law might be created by their content. However the WFG is not obliged to constantly check for changes in the content of the sites to which „links“ are offered on the WFG site that could form a new basis for such responsibility. This declaration applies to all external links shown and to the content of all third party sites, to which visible buttons, banners or other links on the website wfg-nf.de connect the viewer.

Through daily updating, the WFG makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and topicality of all the information and data available on this website. However the WFG accepts no liability or guarantee for any keyboarding errors or for the correctness and topicality of the entries. Nor is the WFG liable for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of profit, which occurs as a result of information that is made available on this website. The presentation of the services at wfg-nf.de is also under the proviso of its technical availability, in particular with regard to necessary maintenance work and breakdowns in the system.

Data Protection   

Each time an internet file is called up at wfg-nf.de access data are saved. This access data consists of:

the page from which the file has been called up
the name of the file called up
the date and time of the query
the quantity of data transferred
access status (file sent, file not found, etc)
a specification of the type of web browser used
The data is saved exclusively for statistical purposes and is evaluated by the WFG, it is not disclosed or passed on to any third party, even in excerpts. We consciously refrain from saving the computer address of the enquirer, as is usual elsewhere. This excludes the possibility of putting together user profiles.

Services 

Wfg-nf.de services are free of charge. The WFG endeavours to extend the services in this presentation to the benefit of the users. Nevertheless we reserve the right to make changes or additions to the services offered without prior notice and to charge for certain services. Changes will be made known on this website under the menu Announcements. There is no entitlement to the publication of data or information of third parties.
